How to get?
- Evolve Eevee with a Thunder Stone
- Catch in the wild, trade, battle ...
- 87.5% male, 12.5% female
- For Pokémon Go:
Name your Eevee Sparky and it will evolve into a Jolteon. Beware, you can only do this once!
- For Pokémon Quest:
Eevee's attack and HP stats must be about the same, roughly within 50 to 100 points of each other.
